The aim of the present Information is to establish the privacy and data management principles applied by E4K Kft. and to provide information on the management of the personal data collected on the Data Manager’s website (www.easthunting.com), the personal data provided by the Users.

In accordance with this principle, here at E4K Kft, we have drawn up the present Data Management Information in order to briefly present to you the method with which we will manage your Personal Data.
We may request some personal information and details in the interest of providing our services and, taking this into account, we wish to explain to you the procedures and methods via which we manage the data you have provided us.

The present Data Management Information furthermore provides you with full-spectrum information, where it is possible, for you to be able to provide clear and well-informed consent to the management of your Personal Data.

Generally, any information you give or any information we collect in other ways on the Website will be managed by the Data Manager in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Among other things, this means that any management of personal data carried out by the Data Manager is done taking into account the principles of lawfulness, fair procedure, purpose-orientation, limited storability, data economy, accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality.

What information do we collect from you?
During the use of the Website, especially if you are providing information and uploading files and/or advertisements to the Website, in the interest of accessing the services on the website, E4K may collect and manage information related to you as an individual that would make it possible to identify you either directly or with together with further information (“Personal Data”). This information may be collected by E4K if you decide to provide us with information (eg.: when you sell or buy a service via the website, or subscribe to our newsletter.)

Data provided voluntarily by the users
When you are creating a user profile on the Website, you will have to provide certain Personal Data, for example, your contact data (name, email, phone number, and address) for the purposes listed below.

When subscribing to the newsletter you must provide your name, email address, and telephone number.

In the interest of managing advertisements, carrying out sales on the website, it will also be necessary to provide certain personal data, these are your name, email, and phone number. happens automatically if internet communication protocols are applied. Even though E4K does not collect this information for the purpose of connecting these with any users, it is possible, that due to their nature and their management and connection along with data in the possession of further third parties, these data enable the identification of the user. Thus, this information is also considered to be personal data.

This information includes several parameters of your operation system and IT environment, including your IP address, location (country), your computer’s domain name, your URI addresses/IDs of the resources you have requested on the Website, the times of the requests, and the information applying to your activities on the website (eg websites you have visited, and products you have viewed), the method of the request sent to the server, the extension of the file you received as a reply to your query, the number code showing the status of the reply sent by the server (successful, error, etc.), the details, etc of devices used to access our website (eg computer, tablet, smartphone), via cookies and other tracking technology.

E4K uses these data exclusively for anonymous, statistical purposes related to the website without connecting these data to any of the users’ identifiers. This is done for the purpose of ensuring the Website’s proper function, to identify any errors of the Website or abuse of the Website. These data can be used in cases of criminal activity against the website for the purpose of investigating the related liability.

Data management activities
Data management is done via procedures, technical and electronic devices which are suitable for protecting the confidential nature and safety of the data and which include the collection, recording, systemization, storage, access, elaboration, modification, selection, query/filter, harmonization, utilization, connection, blocking of data, the provision of information on these, their dissemination, deletion, and destruction, including the connection of two or more such activities.

E4K wishes to utilize the Personal Data collected via the Website for the following purposes:

To make registration on the website possible (create user account), to enable the offered service to be published, as well as the purchase of the services published on the website; to identify you and provide you with support if you lose or forget any of your login/password data related to the E4K registration service; to enable you to create and maintain a user account through which we can process your transactions and requests, and so if necessary we can contact you to answer your requests and questions, including emails; in the interest of providing any other service you can request (“Service Provision”.)

The legal basis for this data management is the performance of the contract according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6 (1) b) as well as the steps taken to enable the conclusion of the contract.

You are not obligated to provide your Personal Data to E4K for the following purposes; however, if you do not provide your data, it is possible that E4K will not be able to provide you with certain services.

Marketing, promotion, and advertisement purposes, including direct marketing, as well as studies, research, market statistics or surveys, email, text notifications, pop-up banners, immediate messages, telephone calls from the call center (“Marketing”)

Data management for this purpose is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6 (1) c). Naturally, you are not obligated to provide E4K with consent to use of your Personal Data for these purposes and you may without any consequences decide not to give consent (apart from not receiving any further letters with marketing content from E4K). You may later revoke any consent you have previously given at any time with a message sent to E4K via post or email or by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of certain emails. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the consent-based data management before the revocation of consent.

Compliance with legal regulations that mandate the collection of Personal Data for E4K and/or their further management (“Compliance”). If you provide E4K with Personal Data, E4K is obligated to manage personal data while taking into account the applicable legal regulations, this may include keeping the Personal Data and reporting them to officials in the interest of compliance with tax, customs, or other legal obligations. Data management for this purpose does not require consent as, in this case, data management is done for the purpose of meeting legal obligations (GDPR Article 6 (1) c)) and thus, this will be the legal basis of data management.

In order to prevent and detect abuse of the Website or any fraudulent activity carried out via the Website (“Abuse/Fraud”). Data management done for the present purpose is necessary to attain the justified interest of E4K to prevent or detect any abuse or fraudulent behavior related to the Website (for the purpose of possible criminal proceedings).

The users are not obligated to provide their Personal Data in order to browse the public pages of the Website. Providing Personal Data is not mandatory for the purposes mentioned above, however, if, for example, you do not fill out the data requested on a registration form, it may prevent you, the user, from completing the registration process or accessing the related services.

Within the framework of the activity and the purposes defined above, your Personal Data will be shared with the following persons (“Addressees”):

The properly used data processors who provide specialized data management and supplementary services (eg: data storage, sending messages to us, hosting, customer service, IT services related to the operation of the Website) on behalf of and as instructed by E4K, of whom their data protection compliance has been inspected and ascertained by E4K before the data management contract was concluded.

As regards the operation of the website, E4K uses the services of Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft (1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 12-14. tel: +36-1-789-2-789.), who, as the website’s hosting service provider acts as the data processor.

In order to make registration and log-in easier, we use Facebook’s (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025) services to this end, Facebook cookies are also placed on the Website and we use Facebook posts. Facebook acts as an independent data manager, thus the present Data Management information does not apply to the activities carried out by Facebook. E4K uses the services of Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA), who act as data manager, for editing and transferring newsletters.

The persons authorized and appointed by E4K to manage data in the interest of activities that are closely related to the services provided via the Website (eg.: the maintenance of network devices and electronic communication networks) and those who have undertaken a confidentiality obligation, or those who are the subject of mandatory confidentiality based on legal regulations;

To carry out payments related to purchases E4K transfers your personal data to Barion Payment Zrt (H-1117, Budapest, Infopark sétány 1. +36 1 464 70 99). Barion Payment Zrt acts as an independent data manager, thus the present Data Management information does not apply to the data management carried out by Barion Payment Zrt. Public institutions, bodies, or authorities to whom your personal data may be transferred in accordance with legal regulations and the legally binding decisions of these public institutions, bodies, or authorities.

Personal Data may not be published and may not be transferred to third parties except in extraordinary company transactions through which Personal Data may be handed over to third party buyers/lessees or assignees.

Data transference
We inform you that Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025) as an independent data manager wishes to transfer data to the United States of America. The company is an organization participating in the EU-US Privacy shield, thus based on the legal regulations in effect, they guarantee the appropriate data security, comply with legal requirements, thus data transference to a third country is possible.

Minors
Taking into account the website’s profile, only adults over the age of 18 may subscribe to newsletters and register accounts and thus only persons over 18 may post advertisements and make purchases via the website. This means that we do not manage the data of minors under the age of 18 even with the consent of the minor’s legal representative or guardian.

The duration for which Personal Data is kept
Generally speaking, E4K only keeps your Personal Data for the duration that is absolutely necessary in connection with the purpose for which they were collected:

Personal Data managed for the purpose of service provision will be kept by E4K for the duration it is considered absolutely necessary in order to attain the above purpose. However, the data will be kept for a longer time if we need them to settle claims related to service provision or to protect the justified interests of E4K in connection with E4K’s possible liability related to service provision

Personal Data managed for marketing purposes are kept from the moment you consent to when you revoke consent. As soon as consent is revoked, management of the Personal Data is discontinued for this purpose, however, they may be kept by E4K as E4K may need them in order to protect their interests related to possible liability related to such management. If you do not show any activity as regards the services offered on the website or the newsletters sent by E4K for 36 consecutive months, then when the 36th month has passed, your Personal Data will be deleted even in the absence of the revocation consent, not including cases when other data management makes it necessary to keep these Personal Data.

Personal Data managed for the purpose of compliance are kept by E4K for the duration mandated by these determined legal requirements in accordance with which the Personal Data is managed. This is typically the general period of limitation (5 years), or if it is longer or shorter, the specific period mandated by legal regulation.

Personal Data managed in order to prevent abuse/fraud and for analytical purposes are kept by E4K for as long as it can be considered absolutely necessary to attain the purpose of collection. After this period ends, we delete or anonymize all data except if we are obligated to keep the data in compliance with legal requirements.

Recording your input data on server logfiles

For the fulfilment of contract, we will transfer your data to the shipping company commissioned with delivery if necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
